Mrs. Harriet Worobey is the director of the Nutritional Sciences Preschool as well as the head teacher of the four-year-old class. Mrs. Worobey is also an instructor at Rutgers University, teaching "Nutrition for the Developing Child" to college students. Mrs. Worobey has been at the school since 1987. In addition to teaching young children and college students, she conducts research studies involving child nutrition with her husband, Dr. John Worobey.

Dr. John Worobey is a Professor at Rutgers University and the research coordinator for the Nutritional Sciences Preschool. Dr. Worobey conducts research with babies and young children involving nutrition and temperament. He also does research with college students regarding attitudes towards eating. He teaches a variety of courses at Rutgers, including Individual, Marriage, and the Family, Nutrition and Behavior, and Life-Cycle Nutrition.

Mrs. Brigitte Gliese teaches the three-year-olds. She has previously co-taught four-year-olds with Harriet Worobey at the Nutritional Sciences Preschool and kindergarteners and first graders in the Plainfield school system.
