Admissions Criteria

The Admissions Department can be reached at admissions.rutgers.edu. They should be able to address questions about cost and official credit transfers. Another way to reach them is to call 848-445-4636 and ask for "admissions".

If interested in applying to Rutgers, School of Environmental and Biological Sciences, please apply as follows:

1. First-Year Applicants
2. Transfer Applicants                                                                                Transfer students or second degree students, the DPD Director is available to review official transcripts to determine remaining coursework to be completed in the program.              
   
   
   Requirements for Graduation and Completion of the Program - For completion of the program, students must meet the following requirements:

   a.  To receive a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Sciences, students must satisfy all requirements of  

   Rutgers University, School of Environmental and Biological Sciences

   b.   Successful completion of all required DPD courses in the Dietetics Option

   c.   Obtain a 70% or higher on all KRDN student learning outcomes

   d.   Complete an Exit Survey upon graduation

   e.   Upon completion of all steps above, students will receive a DPD verification statement that enables them to apply to a supervised practice program.
