John and Harriet Worobey Scholarship in Community Nutrition
For the 2023-24 academic year, entering SEBS seniors (Class of 2024), majoring in nutritional sciences, with the option of Community Nutrition and has a minimum of 3.0 CUM GPA are eligible to apply for this scholarship. Application deadline is March 10, 2023—before Spring Break.
SEBS SPIN Program
Dietetics students have opportunities to participate in the SEBS SPIN program (Student to Professional Internship Network). This program combines work experience and classroom education through learning goals approved by a faculty advisor.
George H. Cook Scholars Program
SEBS students who are in the top 15% of their class at the end of their junior year may participate in the George H. Cook Scholars Program which promotes individual student research and special projects.
Campus Work Experiences
There are also a number of on-campus work experiences available to students, such as the RU Healthy Dining Team, SNAP-Ed, and the New Brunswick Community Farmers Market.
